How to Book Your Velvet Birthday

Once you’ve purchased the package, follow these steps:

1. WhatsApp the cinema location with your receipt.
2. Share your preferred date and time slot with the cinema manager to check for availability.
3. Sit back and relax – they will handle the rest to arrange your Velvet Birthday Party!

Validity

• The package is valid for 6 months from the purchase date.

Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings must be made at least 14 days (10 working days) in advance.
2. Booking confirmation is subject to cinema and date availability.
3. Instalment payment plans are available via Keepsake, with payment facilitated by Atome and GrabPayLater.
4. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include a 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST).
5. The package includes designated items as specified on Keepsake. Any additional requests may incur extra charges.
6. The management reserve the right to amend package details and Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
7. Personal information collected during booking will only be used to manage your event.
