 Redemption Guidelines

• Reservations are required at least two (2) days in advance via WhatsApp at 012-337 7527.
• Available dinner seating slots:
  – 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  – 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Subject to seat availability and blackout dates (Public Holidays, eve of Public Holidays, and special event nights).
• Kindly quote your voucher promo code during reservation.
• Inform us of any dietary restrictions at time of booking. Last-minute requests may not be accommodated.
• Please arrive on time. Seats may be released after 15 minutes of delay.
• No-shows will result in full forfeiture of voucher value.

Voucher Validity & Usage

• Valid for three (3) months from date of purchase.
• Expired vouchers will not be extended.
• Valid for one (1) guest per voucher. Multiple vouchers may be redeemed in a single reservation.
• Voucher must be redeemed in full in a single visit. No partial redemption or cash refund for unused value.
• Any additional orders, beverage pairings, or seasonal upgrades will be chargeable at prevailing prices.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Voucher purchases are strictly non-refundable once confirmed and paid.
• No cancellations are permitted after confirmation.
• In the event of restaurant closure due to unforeseen circumstances, management will offer rescheduling options.

 Dining & Seating Policy

• Omakase is served at the Chef’s Counter unless otherwise arranged.
• Children below 12 years old are not recommended for Omakase seating.
• Smart casual attire is encouraged.

General Terms & Conditions

• Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include 6% SST.
• This voucher is not eligible for GSC Rewards Points collection.
• Voucher is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
• Management reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice.
