Reservation & Entry Guidelines
•⁠  ⁠Full pre-payment is required to secure your seat.
•⁠  ⁠Confirmation email must be presented upon arrival.
•⁠  ⁠Seats are assigned by Hokkaido Table.
•⁠  ⁠Kindly inform us of any dietary restrictions at least 72 hours prior to the event.
•⁠  ⁠Guests must be aged 21 and above (alcohol will be served).
•⁠  ⁠Please arrive on time. Courses will be served according to event progression. Late arrival will not result in course re-service.
•⁠  ⁠No-shows will result in full forfeiture of ticket value.

Ticket Validity & Usage
•⁠  ⁠Valid only for the stated event date and session.
•⁠  ⁠Not transferable to other dates.
•⁠  ⁠Valid for one (1) guest per ticket. Multiple tickets may be purchased in a single transaction, subject to availability.
•⁠  ⁠Not stackable with other promotions, vouchers, or discounts.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
•⁠  ⁠All ticket purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.
•⁠  ⁠No cancellations permitted after confirmation.
•⁠  ⁠In the event of cancellation by Hokkaido Table, a full refund will be issued.

General Terms & Conditions
•⁠  ⁠Price is quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of 6% SST.
•⁠  ⁠Not eligible for GSC Rewards Coin collection
•⁠  ⁠Menu and wine labels are subject to change due to availability.
•⁠  ⁠Hokkaido Table reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
