TICKET & ENTRY GUIDELINES

• Upon completing your ticket purchase, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.
• On the day of the event:

1. Present this email to exchange for your drink tickets and wristband.

2. General ticket customers will be provided with drink tickets to redeem beer during the event and a Getha Hand Towel Set (while stocks last).

3. Group Purchase and VIP Sofa customers will be provided with drink tickets to redeem beer during the event, a Getha Hand Towel Set per pax, and a Getha Limited Edition Playing Card per group.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Ticket Purchase & Confirmation

• All ticket purchases are subject to availability and approval by Golden Screen Cinemas Sdn Bhd (the "Organiser"). The Organiser reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.
• The Organiser may conduct verification or eligibility checks and reserves the right to cancel any order found to involve fraud, misrepresentation, or ineligibility.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Tickets are non-refundable once confirmed and paid for, except under extraordinary circumstances and subject to the Organiser's approval.
• If the event is postponed or cancelled, a public announcement will be made. In the event of cancellation by the Organiser, refunds will be issued for confirmed and paid ticket purchases.

3. Event Modifications & Admission Rights

• The Organiser reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or halt the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• The Organiser, or its appointed representatives, reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals without a refund if their behaviour is deemed disorderly, disruptive, or a security risk.

4. Security & Prohibited Items

• All attendees may be subject to security checks. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

1. Weapons of any kind
2. Illegal or controlled substances
3. Open alcohol bottles or containers
4. Selfie sticks
5. Recording devices for unauthorised content capture
6. The Organiser's security team will make the final decision on what is allowed inside the venue.

5. Assumption of Risk

• Attendees voluntarily accept all risks associated with the event, including any potential hazards before, during, or after the event

6. Responsible Drinking & Legal Compliance

• The Organiser encourages responsible alcohol consumption.
• Driving under the influence is dangerous and illegal in Malaysia. If you consume alcohol, please arrange alternative transportation. The Organiser is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or legal consequences resulting from intoxicated driving.
• Under Malaysian law, it is illegal for Muslims and individuals under 21 years old to consume alcohol. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you confirm that you meet the legal drinking age and requirements. The Organiser is not liable for any legal action taken against attendees who misrepresent their eligibility.

7. Alcohol Consumption & Venue Regulations

• Alcoholic beverages may not be removed from the event venue, except for new, sealed bottles purchased on-site.
• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who is visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or causing inconvenience to others.

8. Entry & Wristband Policy

• Attendees must wear and display the official event wristband or pass at all times during the event.
• Anyone without a valid wristband will be denied entry.
• Anyone without valid drink tickets will not be allowed to redeem any drinks during the event.

9. Agreement to Terms

• By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
